Return Policies
All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted only if merchandise is in new and resellable condition. All shipping charges on return items will be the responsibility of the customer not SmilyGreen.com. If you need to send the item back , notify SmilyGreen.com by phone or email, obtain an RA (return authorization) and to ship it to our correct address. The customer also accepts responsibility for shipments being lost in transit and agrees to notify SmilyGreen.com IN ADVANCE or shipping new merchandise back to SmilyGreen.com.
